Ventrilo v2.3 client (released and required)

FYI for everyone on the VTB as well as tryouts:

Our Ventrilo hosts will be upgrading their servers (July 20th) and you'll only be able to continue connecting with the newly released Ventrilo v2.3 client beyond that date. I'm not sure you can use the new client until the server side upgrade occurs, so make sure you keep a copy of your old Ventrilo version around before updating if you choose to update before they upgrade the servers (July 20th).

This makes me hate the creators of teamspeak that much more. I WANT TS3!!!

Server updates are complete and (should) require v2.3 now.
