I would say the first place to go is SC Simulations. Cannon and Holiday will take very good care of you. 
Also check out Viperpits.org. Virtually everything in my pit came from those two sources. There are also other resources listed in the Mother of all stickies thread.

Currently I have the Aces 2 seat and seat mount with front rudder floor on my store.
I'm re-working my F-16 side consoles and center console which will released very shortly (doing testing now). I also have panel sets priced very reasonably.
