For the past two years, Shooter has trained vigorously to obtain proficiency in formation flying. With each sortie attended, not once has he ever backed down, retaining professionalism, determination, and great attitude towards all aspects of learning and flying the demonstration. During his time in the candidacy program, he has witnessed the team transition to the ED: F-16C Viper module, change of command, numerous operations changes, and was given the opportunity to narrate and be the public face of the team at the 2022 Virtual International Air Festival.
Shooter, while having no prior virtual air show flying experience, continues to set an example of a kind, well spirited American who has served this country and continues to serve his community willingly. We look forward to having him as part of the Diamond for our next show, representing teamwork, pride, and professionalism at its finest.
