New gadgets from Apple

I stopped by the newsstand in NY before leaving on my flight to a nice and balmy Florida (avoiding the thundersnow and blizzard that is about to pummel the North East). I took a snapshot out of Mac Life showing this new thing called the iCom. It's a music player, a digital picture frame, a weather station - and a holophone. It's a do-everything kiosk for all that informs and entertains.

Wowzers!! (as Thump replied to me via email). Looks badass, and I might finally be able to realize that boyhood dream of mine, having a hologram of Princess Leia "for real"...
