Virtual Festival of Aerobatic Teams 2010

Post by Frazer » Sun Nov 28, 2010 4:40 pm

The VFAT Staff and over 100 virtual aerobatic pilots would like to invite you to the Virtual Festival of Aerobatic Teams 2010.

Image

The Virtual Festival of Aerobatic Teams or VFAT is a big international airshow like RIAT or MAKS and spectators will be able to watch the demonstrations flown LIVE through our VFAT TV.

The pilots mostly simulate the displays of real aerobatic teams like the Patrouille Suisse, Thunderbirds, Blue Angels, Russian Knights and Blue Impulse, however, many teams also create their own spectacular displays instead of simulating real life counterparts.

Witness the result of another year of hard work by the pilots, simply for the enjoyment to the general public!

The answer is in the threads around you.

They aren't on the list because they aren't flying this year.

The VTB are big boys, with many real life duties

It is too bad they are not flying, as the VTB are always a highlight during VFAT. But I'm sure they will be at VFAT 2011 at 100%.

That's a crying shame they can't make it, was looking forward to seeing the big 4 (VTB, VBA, Berkuts and Patriots). Hopefully they will bring something special next year.

That's why I started the Virtual Virtual Thunderbirds of Lomac Flaming Cliffs 2.0 led by none other than your true Commander/Leader: Capt. Voltano. Jets 2-6 are also led by; you guessed it, Capt. Voltano. In fact just before our demo Capt. Voltano will also be doing the announcing and getting the jets' engine runs taken care of. If anyone has any questions you can contact Tbird #12 (our own Capt. Voltano) and he will answer any questions you might have. Or click on our website and ask our commander's secretary (Ms. Capt. Voltano). Have a great year and see you at VFAT!

P.S. Real shame the VTB aren't flying at VFAT this year but I hope you'll stream a show in early 2011 so we can watch.
