Virtual Thunderbids Mod!

Post by REDR|RedEye » Mon Sep 06, 2010 11:53 am

Hello guys! I'm just trying out a lot of mods at the moment, and I've tried yours but it doesn't work? I mean that I can't see an F-16, just an F-15. And it's funny because I can just see a Thunderbird pilot in the F-15. Would be nice if you guys could help me out!

I think the VTB mod that is public is for FC1, not FC2.

Actually if you look on their "files" download page, it is available for FC1 and FC2. Make sure you're using the right version.

Välkommen Redeye! (Not to be confused with Redeye of the VTB). ;)

Seems Beaker already answered your question. The only thing I'll add is that you will need to create your own mission to use with the mod. Be sure to read the Readme file to be sure you add the F-16 as a flyable aircraft with its own set of control options/key commands (for FC2). (All of it is explained in the Readme). Once done, create a new mission and select the F-16C Block 52.

If you're using the FC1 mod, the F-16 uses the F-15 flight model instead.

P.S. Lycka till och ha det bra!
