I agree on the dust thing. Wow!!!! The show was fantastic though. I did not get autographs nor pictures this time, but they put on a great show with some pretty good music too. Me and my boys (3 of them) all have the sunburns to prove it too!!!!!  :D The only downside was the lack of static displays and the wait time for the bus!!!!  Hated that part. None the less, they put on a great show and you could not have asked for better weather.

yeah i agree it was a pretty good show..loved the f-16 demo team and the blues did great...but the organization of the show was just pittiful...i had to move several times because of the planes that were being parked and what not..and the bus thing at the end was just the icing on the cake...it was a free for all for the buses...i am surprised no one got hit..so i walked back to the car on foot...i just happened to walk right down the middle of one of the lanes so all the buses and cars had to go around me   oh and i have the sunburn as well...(could do without getting tanner)

Tell me about the lack of organization...Horrible....and I completely agree with the constantly moving do to plane movement....Hopefully next year it will be better...I did hear alot of the vendor complaining about the dust on their product they were trying to sell or give away...can make for a looong weekend when your constantly dusting...Some of the vendors said they may not come next year if its like how it was this year...I guess the airshow people forgot to pass on that hey you guys are gonna be in the dust.. LOL.. BIG NOTE TO SELF for next year..

Ditto on the show - even tho I'm partial to red white and blue Vipers, the Blues always put on a great show!
I do believe the show promoters should be hung over the bus situation
Seven, how long did it take you and the boys to get back to your car? I waited an hour after I talked to you before I even headed for the buses and there was a sea of people still waiting. I did like Bandit and Falcon and just started walking - it took almost an hour to get to my car, but in that time, only five buses passed me

well i just wish that they had coned off the areas the planes were going to be set back at after their demos...that way people would know not to sit there....and i didnt like how little space it was with all the vendors pushed more towards the front...just wasnt enough space or oranization at all.

Gunner,

After we talked to you, it took us about 45 mins to get on a bus. We got lucky and jumped into a line toward the front just as the police finally took over and started to direct things. We were on a bus shortly thereafter. We still did not get home until around 7:30pm. The boys and I were pretty tired.

As for the vendor comments, I can surely understand their concern with the dust. I heard of a couple that pulled out once they saw where they needed to set up. Too bad the logistics and set up were not that good because the flight demo's were!
