After having to wait a all this time, I actually noticed those today at work (CompUSA) when I went to check on the cougars... sorry about the quality as I used my cell phone camera to shoot those pictures.

Congratulations VTBs! I'm very proud of you guys and I'm proud to be a fan of yours... and I even feel prouder when I get to tell people about your squad!

Thanks for the pic, tell the stock boys to line up the text and not the airplanes. The diamond is in a turn on the sticker.

Hey Funky,

We all are excited to finally see them on the boxes. This has been a work in progress for several months. You should have seen us all months ago when we found out that they wanted to put the sticker on the boxes. I think most of us were jumping in our seats (cockpits) that night. It is great to see them on the boxes. Much thanks goes out to Cinch and all those that helped him create this sticker for Thrustmaster to use. Special thanks goes to those that actually flew in the picture and made the sticker possible. Great news!

Thanks Funky for the intel! I haven't had the privilege to see it yet either. I am glad that you are as pumped as you are. Maybe most folks don't realize this but we are "trailblazing" the way in the virtual demonstration community. This truly is a "big deal." So thanks for snapshots!

FYI on the sticker placement: it is my understanding that the stickers are placed by the merchandizers for TM, not stock clerks. So Funky, if you see those merchandizer dudes, you can let them know about the text and symmetry on the product. An example of the correct placement is at the top of every forum and web page we have! I will forward your pictures to my TM contacts in New York so that they can work it from their end. Thanks again for the heads up.

I'm pretty sure it works the way you explained, because when I asked the warehouse guys about the stickers and the cougars, they looked at me like a mad man! If I see one of those merchandisers one day, I'll tell them about it. The chances however are very very little, since I haven't once seen hem ever since I've been working there. We usually get the shipments really early in the mornings where the warehouse people are the only ones in the store... and everything comes in these huge boxes of stuff... So I dont even think we get our stuff from TM... They're coming from a rather central warehouse. But again, I dont work in that department so I wouldn't know much about their shipments either. Before we had 3 cougars without stickers... now we have one, with the sticker... so someone might have sent those back because of stickers or something.
Anyways, I'll keep you guys updated if I find out about anything new.
