Problem when installing LockOn

Does anybody know what that error means? This is exacly what I did:

I first installed LOMAC with the regular CD. I then installed 1.00 to 1.02. Then flaming cliffs which I got off the web (lockon.ru). I then installed Flaming cliffs 1.11 patch for web download (not CD). I then installed the stutter fix. Once all of those were installed, I then double clicked on LockOn 1.11 and got that error. I even get that error when I just try going into regular LOMAC. Does anybody have any ideas on why this may have happen or what I could try? I am very confused. Thanks

Not a solution, but you only have to do the following when installing Lock-On:

1: Install Lock-On from the CD
2: Install Flaming Cliffs (whichever version you have, CD or download)
3: Patch Flaming Cliffs to the latest version patch, currently 1.11 (use the correct patch file, CD or download version of FC)

That's it! No need for any 1.02 patches, stutter fixes or other files. Flaming Cliffs brings the game up to ver 1.1 and the 1.11 patch (just as any future patch) will include all previous patch versions and fixes, including the stuttering fix that was released prior to the 1.11 patch.
