This thread is for those of us out there that have put in way too many hours virtual or real flying in formation and finding out out that you seem to do it in other things that you do in your life. I encourage everyone to add their little "ah crap, what am I doing moments."
1. Driving down a two or three lane road and finding you're always in perfect sight picture with the car in front of you.
2. Waiting at a stop light and when the light turns green you unintentionally say, "smoke on ready now, smoke off ready now...release brakes ready now" and then speed up rapidly while saying "burners now!"

When someone running a tad late calls and says "I'll be there in five minutes" and you mumble to yourself, "let's hack now"!

You want to check your blind spot to change lanes but you only move your head a little because of TIR.

You throw in an ~80ms delay to account for latency on your cell phone.

That's great. I do that one.
Let's see, text message buzzes and you mentally review your schedule for the night before looking at the phone to see if you're free for practice.
While pulling up to a line of cars that just got the green light you put the clutch in and coast to see if you judged your overtake speed correctly.

Unintentionally saying "Roger" to my everyday friends while answering a question. Also tending to drive in formation while following someone to or from somewhere and judging myself, LOL.

I hope not!
Nothing worse than using "Roger" for the wrong situation.

Remove it from your vocabulary! It might be the best way to spot a wannabe pilot on the radio.

You give readback to family / friends / boss.
When returning home, you drive around the block before pulling into the driveway.
You try to tune your car radio to 121.5.
