Virtual Viper East Demonstration

Post by Blaze » Fri Oct 02, 2009 10:28 pm

Blaze of the Virtual Patriots Jet Team demonstrates the flight envelope of the F-16C Fighting Falcon in the Virtual Viper East Demonstration.

Note: I had to cut the landing off the video to fit it Youtube's 10-minute limit. No maneuvers were replaced, it's the same flight from beginning to end.

Pilot / Narration - Blaze, VPJT #2

Thanks! I tried to register for VFAT but the thread closed, I kid you not, as I was typing up my registration. Went to hit submit and it said "thread locked".

Nice job Blaze! That was the best solo display I've seen! I really liked the sound effects, it adds a lot to the feel of the show. All of the maneuvers were flown very smoothly and precisely.

Been a week so I think it's time for a little update. I've been working on the F-16 model since the movie was made, and I've added & redone a lot of it in the past week. IFF blades, GE nozzle, new vertical stab base, better missile rails, better wheels, new landing lights, new afterburner, replaced the glareshield/center pedestal, canopy motor and detail behind seat, new pilot, and some reshaping here and there (with a few more surprises I'm saving for later). ;)

Some pics of my revamped version of Crow's F-16 for my Virtual Viper East demo.
