Corrupted drivers

My power company decided to have a brown out today and It fried my CD and DVD drives files so now I can't use them. Would anyone know how I can get my drivers back for my Lite On DVD-ROM LTD163D and NEC NR-9200A CD-RW. I have already tried a system restore (those files are fried too) and getting drivers from NEC's site (Apparently you need to have everythign working for them to install

)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
