Here is another tip thanks to Redeye(again
lol). For those Pilots with FSSB you'll often need to adjust the X and Y axis via at the base of the stick. Inorder to do this quickly without having to take your stick apart we drilled a hole in the bottem or the plate under the stick. Also, since the stick is strapped to the Aker-Barnes Cockpit we drilled a corresponding hole in the cockpit. Now as you can see by the picture, it is easy to make adjustments to our FSSB mod and therefore the stick is almost always in perfect calibration. Hope this helps....and thanks again Red!

no problem Burner
i try to post it like i did before
oke here we go,
Hey guys,
i was talking 'yesterday' on the FreeBirds whit Rock and he sed that you guys liked pics off different setups.
I have some pics off my cockpit that i took in the beginning when i was putting the pit together.i used wood,steel,aluminium,... and all the parts are homemade.
i hope you guys gonna like these pics and i am happy to share it whit you guys.
here they come,
here is a link where i posted some pics off my pit, some parts are missing but they are all in now, sorry for that.
http://home.tiscali.nl/sailorsam/index.html
after making the pit i had to make a throttle arm.i made one so i didnt have to cut the cougar and still could use the throttle grip of the cougar.
this is the result,

after closing this project it was time for a new stickbase. The one that i used was made off 3 mm steel and holding a FCC.A friend off my had a FSSB so i had to make 2 versions off it,no problem

U can even use it as a hammer
rocksolid!!!
after that i was thinking off a solution for the ICP.I gave my grey braincels a boost whit some cold Belgium beer and this was the result,

it need to change some stuff on it but it wil come.
after moving to my new house about 2 months ago i thaught it was time for a whole new setup.a pit like the real deal.
I already begon to build the seat and on the new pit i begin next year. From the seat i have a few pics ,

When the seat is finisht i hope it's gonna look the same like the one off my buddy,it's a awesome seat!!!,

600 HOURES OFF WORK!!
there is also coming a new FCC out,the FCC2.
i made for that one(just in case that i buy it) a new stickbase.i made it of steel and it has almost the same dimensions of a real one,

this one is not done yet but i finish it when i put it in the new pit.
these pics or just a few off the one i taking but i hope that you guys liked them and i be posting some more when i progressing on the seat and the new cockpit.

Greetings from Belgium,
This one is for THE Gunner....
Will the triple head to go work with 3 DLP projectors? Reason I ask, and sorry LD, a little advertising, RadioShack has the "Cinego" projectors on clearance for $499. So, Im thinking about using my nice 10% off on a few of these babies! Also, any ideas if the TrackIR will work with this kind of space?

Should be no problem at all, the cables from the triple head are analog VGA cables, and those projectors have a VGA input. Just remember, the native resolution of that projector is 854 x 480, so that is the best you will get. (2562 x 480 with Triple head) Sure would be sweet not to have those monitor frames tho.

Personally, I've shifted gears a little...I'm still using the Triple Head for FPS & work, but for flying, I've moved around to the other side of my desk where I'll have room for an Aces II and a small tub. And I've already added 40 inches of 1920 x 1080 bliss
