At 28:40, are they performing a formation Split S?

I never saw that before, or never really noticed it.

If so, do they do it often? (times per show).

That would be the turnaround between the Delta Loop and the High BB. A Split S is also now performed for the turnaround between the Arrowhead Loop / Bon-Ton Roll, and Five-Card Loop / Line-Break Loop.
