Padlock question

Post by franc01sss » Mon Aug 20, 2007 10:49 pm

As in your movie, there is a little green cross that seem to follow the leader. i guess its probly what you guys are talking about when you say ''padlocked on boss'' but what i want to know is how can i have this, and how can it help me in formation flying!

Thx

Keypad del = Padlock
Keypad numlock = Un-Padlock

Look at the boss and hit keypad del to padlock the boss. You will see the cross on the pilot. Hit it a second time to cycle through aircraft within your view.
Numlock turns padlock off.

Also, you must be in A-A mode to padlock.

FC comes with a manual in MS Word format if I remember correctly. A-A stands for Air to Air Mode- you put the jet in A-A mode by pressing the '2' key on the keyboard.
