"Thunder over the Boardwalk" Lockon Style
Thats right. A couple days ago the Virtual Thunderbirds put on its first remote show over water. Alot of work went into making this happen. Not just the planning and mission building but the hours site survey, studying each marker placement to abort plan... No detail overlooked and this was no ordinary VTB airshow as was done in the past.
Six red, white, and blue jets took off at Sochi-Adler airport and then headed west to the resort town of Sochi (a real resort town) and performed a remote High Show. And here are the pics. I wish I could get all of them in here, but here is just a taste of what was demonstrated that day. Thanks to my fellow team members for making this a great first step into our remote shows... No challenge lies to big for us after flying this!
Coming in from behind the crowd for the Clover Loop Opener!
"Blue out ready NOW"
"Ready HIT IT"
"T-D BUP"
"Knife Edge"
"Echelon PIR" a.k.a the Trail Banana
"Vertical Rolls"
"Delta Pass in Review"
"Delta Pass in Review from No. 5's cockpit... LD, pass the mustard"
Delta Roll from the view of No. 5
"Delta Loop"
"Thank You Sochi"

Awesome Screenies
Great Screenshots STRIKER...and...I dont want to brag but...lol...I was there.
Really an honor to get to see the first Remote High Show live. You couldnt have picked a better setting than Sochi-Adler for it either.

Nice shots Striker! A little (!?) "triple-T times three" going on in the Delta Roll bud... Delta PIR looked good though and sorry for not passing the mustard. I dropped the bottle and was heads down trying to find it! Yaaawwwnnn... PIR... Bah!
P.S. Check your nomera.tga file (or re-install the mod again). The tail # have graphic issues!

We're working on a new season and with a slighly new team and these shots are just practice sorties. Hence, why you don't hear about them before hand, although if you hang around our Ventrilo server, there's a good chance you can see us fly. You can always check our FAQs for required sim software and versions and then join our Ventrilo server and find us online. I'm sure you'll be able to spectate one of our sorties if you're interested.
