Hey, how's it goin'? I've been hovering around the website and forums for a while now, and I must say that you guys are awesome. You were my instant rolemodels!

Me and my bud have been trying to do a little formation flyin' on fs9. Here's our attempts

Anyways I just got lock on, and have been trying to practice formation flying but I can't seem to get the speed right. I made a mission where I am to catch up with 5 other thunderbirds, the thing is that my ASI says Im going 300 knots but the map says I'm going 500. I don't get it, I always zoom by the formation.
Any help will be appreciated.

Great to hear from you Crow and thanks for the kind words. As far as your speed goes....ensure you using the standard units rather than metric units for airspeed (knots/kilometer per hour) cause thats what it sounds like to me. Its listed in you options menu. Nice screenshots by the way!
Fives Clear,

The roll rate on that is CRAZY!!! You can do like 3 rolls in .5 seconds.
