Maybe I'll see them someday! All I've seen are small private shows, T birds, and blues.

Dayton Vectren Air Show 2003 had the Blue Angels, Thunderbirds and Canadian Snowbirds! Highly unusual since the DOD typically doesn't want two of their entities (Navy and Air Force) recruiting at the same show and instead make use of 140 different show sites as opposed to less. For those two American teams that's their number one mission, not the show itself other than a means for good will and recruiting.

Cool Red Arrows stuff! :D

Hello,

I am new as a member to this forum. This video was made by me and orignally posted on Metacafe.

The original video did not have two songs playing but one and can be found here:
http://www.metacafe.com/watch/75330/red_arrows/

I have also made another Red Arrows video here:

http://www.metacafe.com/watch/75323/dun ... ed_arrows/

Hope you enjoy them and I have found out that these two videos have spread around the net very, very fast!

Also I love the flying you VTB do!

I noticed right towards the end of the video I posted, a line formation passed over the camera and they all had smoke on but this one plane didn't, why didn't he have any smoke, when the other 6 planes did?

The Red Arrows have exactly or almost diesel fuel (smoke oil) for the demonstration. They are supposed to be empty when they land. Sometimes one of the jets could accidently leave his smoke on when he is not supposed to. Even though it was not the last stunt in the video it is in real life. If you look closely his smoke was on then went off.

Hope this helps,

Yes, all those clips were taken by myself from various Airshows around the UK. Also a few clips from my visit to the Red Arrows homebase. Glad you enjoyed them. I have tones more but no time to upload them yet. :)
