Ok, that's pretty much something on every page
. There are still some things to come, but above all the VTB has decided to expand to 12 pilots. Everyone will have a more defined role on the team, with the last 4 pilots as a supporting cast of secondary backups. We're not trying to make a hierarchy or anything here! Everyone who's invited to join will be part of the team just as much as the next person, we just have our roles to fill. There are a handful of non-flying roles to be spread between the pilots too...
You might also notice that Cobra is our #8 pilot now. He moved from #7 for a specific reason, the person to fill that spot will be announced as not only a backup, but just like the real Thunderbird #7, 2nd in command and thereby also substitute lead... Meanwhile numbers 9-12 are up for grabs! Good luck and keep practicing...
Latest news I heard on 1.1 (which will be required for a tryout). Is that the downloadable version should be avail around April 20th from ED once again (let's hope they avoid another PayPal disaster). There's also a CD version coming out by NaturalPoint (makers of TrackIR) that won't have the activation limitation (of 5), but that would take longer to get since they haven't begun accepting orders yet.
