I think we should trim some of these sections out so we don't have to check as many areas, and add a member status section where Hosts/Lead can post their availability and get replies from teammates

Actually once we all get registered here we could use the Rdy Room to post availability times and the Gen discussion for open tryout dates.

After review I think you could remove these sections-

Formation Flying- this is a formation flying team ie general discussion would be on that topic, all else belongs in the off topic section

Openings/Tryouts- Not needed and is just begging to have a million dumb questions posted in it with a million short replies composed of links to our FAQ section. I think a sticky on the Gen Discussion page with an FAQ link will suffice

Screenshots- again a sticky on the gen discussion will suffice and cut down on read time

Other areas I don't think are needed-

Community Help and Movie Makers- The UBI forums already have these sections and I don't see them used much by the team except to answer nugget questions. In the movie makers section it would seem like SE would be doing most of the Q and A especially after the next vid is released.
