Different Equip

Hey Guys,
I was just checking out the site more closely and I noticed on some of the pilot pages it shows rudder peddles and others it doesn't. Does that mean that some of you guys aren't flying with rudder control except for twist on your joystick? For example #3 and #7 are using the same joystick I use (MS Sidewinder Precision Pro 2) yall don't use any form of rudder peddles? Please let me know....

Thanks

Rudders help in a small number of very specific circumstances. However I flew with the Tbirds for about 6 months b/f getting pedals, not to mention those same pedals are currently busted so I'm flying w/o them.

Not a big problem, just a faulty cable that needs to be re-wired. Once I have some free time I'll fix it.

I agree that rudder inputs are seldom used. The solo's definately need them though for some of their manoeuvres. I haven't tried dedicated rudder pedals for the sim but twist grip joysticks are more than adequate for any manoeuvres requiring rudders.
