Smoke On soundtrack in Thunderbird video from Thailand

I was looking for a certain clip and stumbled across this one from Thailand '09... What struck me right away was that I identified the comms and music being from a different era, and...
@ 4:50 you'll hear Bon Jobie narrate the MTHC
@ 5:57- and onward you'll hear the music we used for the D360 and Delta Series in Smoke On (to this day never used by the real team)
There are other times where the video maker copied the soundtrack straight from Smoke On over his video, too.
I know we have a large contingent of Facebook fans in Thailand, but this caught me off guard and made me laugh!
