Is there a list somewhere of what all the HW buttons/axes are linked to in the game?

They are illustrated in the DCS:A-10C flight manual Cobra.
I don't have it with me to check page numbers though sorry, but it's fairly early on in the manual.

Great vids there LD, I love the way I start her up with the HW.
I've also set all of my FC2 startup and shut down controls to the throttle quadrant.

I found the motor switches great for engine start and shut down.

Am really looking forward to showing the HW and A-10C in action at Weston.

In FC2 I'm using the idle detents (lifting the throttles over the gates) for Engine Start/Shut Off.
