Anyone know why sometimes the track records proplerly and sometimes you are flying a specific distance from where you acutually were in the track?
Everytime I think I know why, I don't.
Forgive me if this has been already answered somewhere.
Track replays are quirky

Update:
I recently upgraded to an OCZ Revodrive which is a PCI Express SSD. It does 400mb/s reads and 300mb/s writes. It is amazing.
One of the side effects (besides almost instant boot/load) is that I have not had a single track fail to record properly.
Which makes me wonder if there is some lag issue between the software and the writing on the hard disk.
Food for thought.
The other thing that could be a factor is that we usually leave the phantom running the whole time we practice and hop in and out of it for review.
