Captain Brian "Boozer" Bews ejected safely during the High Alpha. Anyone else think it was coincidence the song played (as heard over the speakers in the videos) was the Bee Gees - Stayin' Alive.

Hmmm. Optical illusion or is the right nozzle closed and left wide open?

I believe the right engine stalled, and the left one was (subsequently) found spooled up.

Yea it definitely is. What's odd is that it looks like the left engine is idling but he rolled to the right. If the right engine stalled the nozzle wouldn't be closed. So either he accidentally gunned the left engine into burner and the right was not lit producing asymetric thrust, or the left engine did die but he was already a little rolled to the right and the loss of thrust alone was enough to cause the jet to stall the low wing.

Glad he got out ok!

As soon as I saw the video and the crash begin, you could instantly tell it was a stall. Well I could because I've had my G-effects on Lock-On all the way to the top and well... um... Anyways, I agree, Frazer-thank gosh no one was hurt! And at the end of the video, it was good how the narrator remained calm and instructed everyone to stay behind the flightline (although no one was going to go out there I hope).
