Is it available to download? I still see the 2008 video in the library, but not the 2009 video.

I'm assuming you're referring to a Virtual Thunderbirds video from VFAT 2009 - if so, it is not available because it doesn't exists (yet).

When might one be available you may ask? If one will be available eventually it would likely be sometime later this year. If so, it will be in much better resolution than any live stream.
