I posted it on the Qantas pilots forum. Looks like I was correct when I surmised that the QF 63 and QF 64 flight from Sydney to Johannesburg and back were the loneliest flights in the world. They are the single aircraft leaving or arriving in Sydney via the Antarctic circle. Not much help where they go if you get in trouble!
