Lockon Gold

Forgive me my ignorance...I don't yet have the game. Is LockON Gold the same as Lockon + Flaming Cliffs addon?. The "Gold" version will be available in my area Aug 31 and I'd like to know if I'm buying the right game.

Yes, if you purchase Lockon Gold you will be playing with the latest version 1.1. I just saw it at the store myself last week and saw that it is a good deal for those who dont want to go through 1.00, then upgrade to 1.02, then finally upgrade once one to 1.1. I also saw that it is only 8-10 dollars more than the original LOMAC, and yet I paid 35 dollars for the addon, go figure!

There has been several discussions (in other forums) about the 1.1 disc not loading properly out of the Gold box. If this happens you can send for a replacement disc and have it within a few days. Check forums @ ubi.com and forum.lockon.ru for more info. It is a great deal whichever way you look at it!
