I purchased the new LOMAC (not Flaming Cliffs) a while back and I didn't install it for a while (now kicking myself cause I could have sent it back

).
When I did try to install it everything was black and the GFX all jittery so I patched. It still didn't work so I re installed and re-patched and it still didn't work. By that time I was getting my new computer so I waited to see if it would work on my new computer, but it doesn't. All the planes are black (I am running Vista). Is there anyway I can fix this? And I appologize forward if I haven't seen the question in the forum and this problem is solved.
*Update*
I found a thing for windows Vista fix on the VBA forum, but that didn't work either.

First of all, I renamed the thread as to better describe your problem.
Secondly, please see the
forum rules & policies for max screenshot size when posting. You are responsible for resizing your images before linking them. (I removed your screenshot).
Thirdly, the little search function at the top of the forum revealed the following answer:
Game graphics anomaly.
Good luck!

Like LD said, post a reasonable screenshot. Is it a full black overlay or a shader problem?

Sorry about the screenshot size (my bad) and I think it's a shader problem.
