My first thought was, that the third wing pilots of the red arrows didnt put their smoke on synronised and that the left 4th wing pilot has smoke on, but not the 4th right wing.

We were just saying that the other night too! The Blues smoke looks perfectly synch'd up. Maybe they went on their call and the Reds are used to doing it slightly different (with a longer pause in the cadence, which could explain why some of the Reds jumped the gun a little when using an unfamiliar "ditty"). Just brainstorming...
