It's so easy a caveman could do it...
On any YouTube page, there's a text field called "Embed:" located on the right hand side underneath where it says when the video was added. Simply copy and paste the entire contents of that text field into your message body (here in the forums) and TADA!
This may or may not work in other forums, depends on if those boards allow HTML in the posts.
