Not to mention some better ones by a certain other video guy.

I do guess the A380 is coming right after the Tbirds performance!

Yep, it's a 12 hour road trip for me but it should be worth it.

That was discussed on AirshowBuzz and 'inside' sources have said it will be a Corsair 747.

If I was out of school and had some free time, I would beat all you there. I would love to go to that show but I simply cant. :( Take some great shots for me. :)

I'm looking forward to NAS Oceana's 50th Golden Anniversary though! :D :D

Today guys, I got the best wake up a guy can't get!

(Ok maybe the 2nd).

The screaming of 4 F-18 in my windows!!! Blue angels!!!

I went to the airport. 4 blue and gold F-18s were flying over the Quebec airfield, were doing some random fly by. No formation there except when they regrouped at the end and smoke'd the runway with their pitch for landing!

Saw Tbirds F-16 from very close. First time I saw a Tbirds airplane with fuel tank!

and when I left the airport because my camera left me alone! (batt off). Fat Albert was taking off! Will post picture as soon as the batt is up.

Here's the link for the vsb forum where i understand how to post pictures

I can't wait to see all the photos and video that for sure will be posted in the aviation photography forums as well as YouTube from this event soon! Check the ASB Forums: Quebec Air Show 2008 thread, which will likely grow to a couple dozen pages in no time over the next few days...

Here are some really cool and unusual photos prior to the show weekend taken by:

Mixed formation photo-op! (Looks like the camera man was flying in Tbird #7).

Some glimpses of the Friday evening show.

What a great couple of days it has been! It is very interesting to see the demo pilots from other teams watch their counterparts in the air. A little interesting for the T-Birds show, as everyone else got to fly their high-show's, however, a deluge occurred during the T-Birds show, causing everyone to run for shelter and even causing the T-Birds comms and electronics trailer including their music either short out or malfunction.

Here is a quick shot of the joint flight coming in to the break yesterday. Both a family model T-Bird and a family model Blue Angel were utilized as photo birds.

All 4 teams have put a spare jet on static display.

Steve says videos should be up by the middle of the week (we are sharing a hotel room).

I heard the Tbirds had a downpour right after they took off. I smell sabotage... by mother nature!

Are you allowed to walk around the statics of the demo jets :!: :?:

The general public is not allowed to, but with media passes and VIP passes plus dropping a name or two, you could probably get out there. Those 4 jets are completely on the other side of where all the demo jets are being kept.

Was a very fast edit, plus I added a song too long for the video.
Watch now I'm uploading saturday's show.
