For all the pilots, military personal and fitness mind virtual pilots you may want to check out the following website www.crossfit.com . Many of the guys at my work are starting to use the ideas and workouts presented in the website and I've been doing them fairly regularly for about 4 months.

The workouts are very intense and it's recommended that you scale them back depending on your ability. In particular if you do them be very careful when working through any cleans, snatches, deadlifts or squats(anything to do with the back actually). The workouts sometimes take alittle planning but the great thing about crossfit is that they have tons of terrific videos that explain or show the exercise they are doing. The other thing that's nice is alot of the workouts can be done on the road if you are traveling.

Here is a quote from their website...
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
Okay hope you enjoy and goodluck Crossfitting... :D
