How much seat cushion do you suppose you have to pull out of your rear end after that?

Thump, you crack me up!

That snowbank you have to clear just before the threshold made me remember the 3 - 4 foot berm just off the end of the runway at turf soaring school where I learned to fly sailplanes - not nearly the pucker factor, but there were a couple times I cut it a little close for comfort.

Take away the snow and the paved runway and that is me flying a Caribou around Papua New Guinea. Great experience and challenging flying. If you can survive in PNG in an aeroplane you can survive anywhere.

Nice Gunner. A few years ago my Grandfather bought me the Aerobatic ride out there at the Turf Soaring School. It was a real rush to say the least.

Wow what a small world...I was at Courchevel for Christmas/New Year, and back out there on March 14th for 3 weeks (been going there for 13 years now).

The craziest thing also is that there is a green run that runs just under the end of the strip and is the main route back to 1650 from 1850. The amount of times I've been up on that bank pulling off a trick when a light aircraft comes off and it's scared the crap outta me lol

It's always great seeing the planes coming in and out when you're on the chair lift, must be a scary ass landing that's for sure.
