Hi all!

Now in the 3rd year of VFAT we thought it's about time to give this great event an own logo-artwork.

Everybody interested may post his suggests here please! The graphic should be formated like a banner (high width, low height).

I hope some skilled graphic-artists like to help us out with this project. Thank you all in advance!

Add to that banner, a patch (much like a Figther Wing).

You could look at NASA's shuttle program where every single mission has its own patch. A VFAT themed patch like that, with 2007 written somewhere would be very cool!

Probably not the level you are looking for, but here is a try anyway (extra big so it fits everywhere)

It's hard to make ik feel like it's about airshows, because, it is hard to find a suitable picture (Let's say I'll put a Thunderbird's F-16 in, only the VTB will be happy...)

Here they are anyway, maybe I'll make some more sooner or later.

Thats a nice start!

To include some plane-shapes (maybe as a 4-ship diamond) we could use some deltawing-shape as that isn't used by anyone.

I like the patch idea.

I was thinking along the lines of more smoke trails, which then doesn't take any shape of a plane (as not to offend any teams).

Thanks for the inspiration, I changed mine a bit to give it a formation look.

(Love in Formation could of course be changed to your liking, I thought aboud Formation in Love or Pure love too, but I found Love in Formation best fitting)

I'd suggest Viper, waiting until the teams displaying have been chosen, then put the chosen teams into the pic.

Love in formation, not sure about that line, but still I like the concept....group hug everyone.

My rule about the picture....to use pictures taken from other VFAT sessions. Last time I checked, the Arrows never flew in 2005 or 2006. I will be sure to include ya in next years.
