Enemy Engaged 2: Sim or Game?

The trailer doesn't tell you much. If its all ingame footage then the physics look stellar. These days it hard to tell what's prerendered and what's in game. I'm leaning toward this being prerendered but if it IS in game it looks like we have a new heli sim- coming in who knows when ;)
