As some people may know, the new model SDK released by ED allows you to add/mod ANY plane you want. Check out this Mirage F-1C:

Actually they are still working on getting pilot models with the new model tool.

The modelling is done in 3D Studio Max 7 or 8, then exported into lockon friendly .lom format.
