SuperBugz, it kinda does. Your pic is the F-20 Tigershark. Nice airplane. I really kinda see what you are taking about

All the F-20 is is a T-38/F-5 with just one engine, but a much bigger engine at that. I believe it was in competition with the F-16 when that whole war was going on between the F-16, YF-17(Now the -18 ), and the F-20 was in the mix i believe.

ive seen this baby fly, you might not believe me but it was here in the U.S. and i couldnt figure for the life of me what it was, it was being flown around lockheed-martin in marietta, georgia, i watched it fly up and down and in circles and i was like thats a F-18 but one tell what the heck, then it landed and out of nowhere a F-35 passes by at like 400 kts with a F-16 chase plane on it and they landed. i went over to the base but by the time i got there it was all gone
