Wasnt Lt. Col. Wright a solo for the Thunderbirds back in 1999 and 2000 show seasons?

He flew as No. 6 & No. 5 during the '99 and '00 show seasons. The reason the resume says '98-01 is beacuse training season starts the year prior and ones tour ends with training the following year's pilot (his replacement) into a new calendar year.
