How is IAT performing with a shortage if pilots?

Well the other week a member joined us on trainings and i thought he was actually in the team but he is not, the number #6 position is still open. And it gets pretty wierd have an odd pilot out for formations which is #5. So we need this #6 to complete the formation and make it even.

So if anyone wants to tryout just gve me your msn addresses and ill sort it out.
