The "Fighter Pilot: Operation Red Flag" I saw in Dayton last year about 3 times over the course of 8 weeks while I was there for training. It was by far the best Imax film I have ever seen. I will own this DVD some day.

Don't mean to sound negative, but the IMAX Fighter Pilot movie was the very opposite of impressive if you ask me. Nice idea that all went to unrealistic baloney IMHO.
The scenes in Magic of Flight looks awesome. I bet the full presentation would rock on your home HDTV!

Have you seen the whole movie? or just the clip? That clip doesn't do it justice but for those who saw the whole thing the clip may trigger the memory of how much fun it was to watch. I think the movie was made for the right kind of audience which is a broad range.

Hehehe oh we've seen it all, it was the comedic hi-light of our Vegas trip. Cinch crackin jokes while the lady next to Striker shooshed him.
I think that clip is about the best excerp of the films footage. The dumbing down and use of CG in a documentary-esque film such as this represents a lack of filming creativity on the directors part.
