Snowbird with Thunderbird no skins

Post by Rotorblade » Thu Mar 16, 2006 1:28 am

I had just reinstalled my Lock On, I had no Mods or anything installed yet.

In the future we will have a paint scheme and have the Thunderbirds mod both installled.

I was leading and took this fast and thats when I found out why not to take screenshots when leading, you get bad shots and you throw everyone off with your self created lag spike.

Record tracks! All the time in the world to get the exact shots you want and you won't lose your wingies!

2nd screenshot: I see Striker, Rock (and Redeye?) flew some Eagles, ha ha! Eagle drivers suck, Viper jocks rule! Kept it kind of on the loose side, huh!

I noticed you changed the word "leading" to "hosting" I know it might not make any difference in performance of taking screenshots but I have a dedicated machine as the server and as I found even with the dedicated server taking screenshots is a bad idea. :D

Just don't take them period, wait for the track replay, you'll be able to pick out the best moments at the best angles.
