Swing Wings

Post by aschram » Fri Feb 16, 2007 12:16 am

The wing sweep would have made things darn near impossible. They talked about it but there weren't any spares worth flying, as opposed to the A model 18's they were retiring, the used too much fuel, and the TF-30 P412A was notoriously unreliable. The artwork is awesome though, nice job.

I can definitely see the problem using something with variable geometry wings, but aschram is right the artwork is excellent. Those 14s look sexy with that scheme on them.
