Glowing Effect used in "Smoke On"

Post by HiTop » Tue Jan 02, 2007 7:04 am

Hey Guys. Ive looked into your Video and it seems that your Birds are kinda glowing in some scenes and I also like the sun refelction effect on the bird. I use Sony Vegas 7.0 and would like to know how that actually works if thats no "Thunderbird Secret"

It's called "Sony Glow" and "Sony Lens Flare" under Video FX. For better looking (either softer or harder) picture also use "Brigthness and Contrast". In "Smoke On" I used a soft ligthing. Glowing Amraam uses a harder contrast and darker brighness with more vivid colors in his movies. All these effects are built into Vegas, you just have to find them and play around with them.

P.S. No "Secret Squirrel Clearance" needed for that one!
