I think the major points to notice is what sets this CPU apart from the 820 and some of the others is that it has a 2nd revision (B0) core and it supports "Thermal Monitor 2" which my D820 does not. You can push this cpu and not cook it. Very nice. I am contemplating swapping my D820 out for it and I can get 130 at least for my D820 which doesn't over clock as well.
