Rgr, glad I got thru, even though I was incorrect on what the extra connection is the bottom line is that there is no spot on the mobo for it. S hooking it up could be bad :D

Glad you got everything sorted and ready to boot. So have you booted yet??? ;)

Just a thought on power supplies. While it's certianly good advice that a higher price isn't better, I don't agree with simply saying an $80 PSU will be fine. It's not a cost thing at all. Buy name brand. I'm not talking fromt he perspective of recognition, but from that of quality. There are a few PSU manufactures that have been around for years (Antec is my fav, but there are others) and their stuff works. Buy a lesser quality (and most non name brand are lesser quality) and they don't work as well. Sure they may provide enough power, most of the time, but they may also provide etoo much power on occasion. PSUs are not something to mess around with. Too much or too little power, even for milliseconds, can fry a motherboard quicker then it takes to smell the smoke.
