I want to build my own real F-16 pit... any help

Post by Razor-71 » Sun Apr 12, 2009 3:45 am

I'm evaluating the idea to build my own REAL F-16 cockpit, and I'm searching for a complete project (real dimensions, pieces schemes, etc.). I'm planning first to realize the main structure in wood, then, with more time, one by one to do all panels.

Is there's someone that has his own pit that can send me the projects and all schemes for the connections?

And (maybe later) someone that can send me links or useful sites to find all things to build real and functional pit panels and displays?

Thanks!

I am sorry to be late.

Sale of panels for the F-16: http://www.hispapanels.com
High quality, low cost.
It is a Spanish company that makes the panels in methacrylate.

And this company: http://www.realsimulator.com
Makes the complete cockpits, the bad news is the price of 30.000€ to 60.000€.

An embrace from Spain.
Some of the best lessons are learned of past mistakes, the mistake of the past is the wisdom of the future.

You guys may also want to look at Sheldon's website:

https://www.scsimulations.com/

He's a CJ pilot with Windstream communications and does the Pit and Seat building for a lot of community members.

Great guy and easy to work with. He also does a lot of custom work as he has his own CNC router.
