I had to move the monitor up and back to make room for this!

Still lots to do - Top detail on ICP housing, HUD lens, ICP mount, DED, Backup ADI, wiring misc panel, and the list goes on...

I can't begin to describe the difference in the immersion factor now - I'm so glad Thrustmasters MFD's motivated me to go ahead with the main panel.
That's sick Gunner!!! :D 8)

P.S. Gave your new pics a bump to the next page in the thread. ;)

For Whack (and anyone else getting ready to light things up with LEDs)

One of a million pages that show how to power up a PSU without a Mobo:
http://www.gideontech.com/content/articles/196/1

A guide to voltages:

A couple pics of my less than pretty power blocks (Red is 5V, Yellow 12V, Black Ground)

A very good guide/calculator for LEDs and resistors:

A couple close ups of how I supported my resistors:

Gunner, did you buy this!?

Looks like this was Chris Stricklin's aircraft judging by the fact it's coming out of Mountain Home.

After muddling through 5+ years with no major upgrades to the hardware, I decided it was time since I've had a chance to get back in the saddle just a bit. This time I'm going all out with some of the best of the best components...should be fun! Not in a big hurry so I'm going to take my time.
So far I have, or on the way:

ASUS Z170 Maximus Extreme Motherboard
Core i7-6700 Skylake Processor
ASUS Strix GTX 980
G.SKILL Ripjaws DDR4 3000 Memory 32GB
XSPC RayStorm Pro Black WaterBlock
Samsung 850 EVO SSD 1TB
Samsung 950 PRO 512 GB Internal SSD - M.2
CORSAIR AXi series AX1200i 1200W Digital ATX12V
In Win D Frame Case
XSPC D5 Photon 270 Reservoir / Pump Combo

I'm going with hardline tubing this time, still need to get all the tubing and fittings but waiting for the case to decide how I'm going to route it all.
