I finally made it to Gunners house to check out the pit. WOW  !!! Words cannot explain and the pictures cannot do justice for what Gunner has built. I literally walked in the door and looked to the right and theere it was, I had to stop and pick my jaw up off of the floor. I just stood, in amazment at what was sitting before me. And it only got better from there. It was the most comfortable flying experience I have had. I feel terrible now having to fly on my desktop set up now. Gunner, you were a great host and thanks for letting me come over and check out the "man cave". Also, thank you for the kind words about my "potential" and I will take you up on the training. Thanks again and I am sure you will be getting a call again soon.

I too finally made it out to see Gunner during my trip to PHX for real life training. Thank You Gunner for your hospitality and the limo service as well! I know you had to drive quite a bit and I appreciate every bit of it. I'll second what Sabertooth said about your work of art / labor of love! It is, in lack of any better way to describe it: AWESOME!!!

Glad I could help with the axis settings / shaping and more while I was there. Time to hit the gym now... a 21 lb resistor setting (+ nose down trim) during a full show is killer, but I wouldn't go any other way if I were you! 8)

I'm way past due for an update - been very busy making changes and less busy documenting...

Flight Data Recorder
Image

Over the holiday I worked on airspeed ind and altimeter & the lighting. Altimeter face came from Viper Panels. Airspeed is from simkits, but I used Mikes bezel and a real can.

I like the way the lighting turned out

CP is getting there -

And the major project I've accomplished lately...a suicide door on the left side. ;)
Not really for ingress & egress, it just makes it so much easier to work on the cables & such. It's also nice to be able to show off the detail of the seat bottom - I put a lot of work into that!
