This is only my personal opinion and is not based on any more facts than what's readily available to the public.
It already has affected the team since they had to drop their entire production with music and "Thundervision" early in the season and put together a new music score with short notice. As far as the flying, they're doing business as usual and whomever put together the new music with short notice is doing a good job so far. Unfortunately, it's one of those situations where everybody loses. The production they finished with last year and supposedly were going to start this season with included in cockpit camera on big screens, audio/visual CGI and sound FX in addition to well choreographed music and narration. That all suffered a huge blow because of this lawsuit and now they're using only the sound system with brand new music and narration. Same show as most years before (aside from totally new songs), but it could have been so much more...
